Folks,
Here is a summary of responses to my query about evaluating
agent frameworks. There is not that much review info out there,
so its quite short! I added some review papers I have found myself,
but we need more of these so please send me if you know any.
There are a lot of sites out there, so I only included those I
found useful.
I did not include links to mobile frameworks, as we do not have a
mobile project.

Review Papers on frameworks
This is useful but has a heavy emphasis on teaching:

The technical report SCCH-TR-64/2000 gives a description and evaluation 
of 34 frameworks, but non-mobile ones are rejected.
There is a review paper on the state of the art in agent frameworks, 
which also reviews some application areas like manufacturing and e-commerce.
