Suggestions for univs with good ai programs

Am a student whose passionate about AI (and dabbles quite
a bit in Lisp). I am planning to follow up my natural interest in the subject by doing a full fledged masters on the subject. Could people please guide me onto which universities have active and exceptional ai programs.
My grades though consistent are not outstanding (around 6 out of 10 on an average), so any comments about lesser known univs would be very helpful
