What degree/degrees should one obtain that is interested in AI.

Hi, I'm currently a freshman at the university of Las Vegas, Nevada earning a bachelors in CS. Recently, I have become interested in the field of AI, but can't seem to find any information on the best path to working in the field. My programming teacher told me that I should earn a bachelors or masters in CS, and a bachelors in Electrical Engineering, but he didn't seem to sure. Would a degree in comp engineering be better? I was wondering what your opinions are on the subject. Thanks in advance.
